A highly successful realtor, commercial helicopter pilot, and educator, Arnel Aliwalas brings superior instinct, focus, social skills and reasoning to each client engagement. Mr. Aliwalas began his career in aviation in 1996, and it was 10 years later that his love of real estate led him into the investing field, where he broadened his analytical, sales and negotiation capabilities.

On being deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina on a 2003 peacekeeping tour with 408 Squadron, Arnel states: “Flying for the military was the perfect definition of how a team of people could contribute to ensuring everyone arrived home safely. Whether mechanics, flight engineers, pilots, safety systems or logistics, we all worked together and supported each other. I was truly honored and humbled to serve my country in this capacity.”

Following his military service, Arnel joined Calgary’s STARS Air Ambulance as a helicopter air ambulance pilot. In this role, he managed the base of operations and worked collaboratively with staff, engineers and pilots.

 Whether relishing in the rewards felt from transporting critically ill patients to the medical professionals capable of providing prompt attention or working with families to help them find just the right home in which to build their lives and future, Mr. Aliwalas approaches his work with passion, integrity and pride. “It’s extremely gratifying to me when I’m able to serve others in a way that has a direct impact on their lives for years to come.”
